Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly authorize an exchange or provide a shop credit in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please note exchange requests must be made within seven days of receiving your online order, and only after we receive the original merchandise back in re-sellable condition. We do not provide refunds, and all exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. Sale merchandise does not qualify for exchange or return unless your merchandise is flawed.
To do an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com with the order number in the subject line and the reason for your exchange, with photos if relevant.
All items returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed) with any tags attached.
Please note that all discounted items are final sale.
CANCELLING AN ORDER:
To cancel an order, you have up to three hours after we receive your online order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made outside of the three hour window, the original order will be processed and shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enact a change to your order, or for further information.
We stand behind all of our products. If you find upon receiving your order that it is damaged or defective, please let us know within seven days by emailing email@example.com with a description and images.
Due to size constraints, we are unable to hold on to merchandise inevitably. If you select local pick up and fail to obtain your order, your item will be donated to a local charity after one calendar year.
